Cosham makes a traditional range of wines using only fruit grown at our vineyard in the Perth Hills.

2004 Chardonnay $20 per bottle, $216 per case

Our 2004 Chardonnay is 100 per cent barrel fermented and aged, allowing the wine to develop full and complex flavour. After two years of bottle development, the wine is starting to drink well, and will continue to improve in the bottle for some time, rewarding those who cellar it for a few more years. The wine has won Gold at the Swan Valley Show, Silver at both the Boutique Wine awards in Canberra and the Australian Small Winemakers' show in addition to several Bronze awards.

2004 Methode Champenoise $30 per bottle, $324 per case

Made by the traditional “methode champenoise”, this wine has now had three years lees ageing prior to disgorgement, resulting in subtle, biscuity characteristics which complement the lovely pinot fruit. The wine has a gentle mouth feel and a refreshing finish. This is a wine to drink at any time on its own, or as a fine accompaniment to many foods.

2004 Cabernet Merlot $20 per bottle, $216 per case

This wine is a traditional blend of the Bordeaux varieties of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc and petit verdot. This wine shows the great characteristics of the 2004 vintage with a lovely nose and fine palate. The wine shows strong varietal cabernet with the softening effect of the Merlot. This is a rich and earthy wine reflecting the true Perth Hills style.

2005 Shiraz $20 per bottle, $216 per case

A Shiraz in the Australian style and aged in American oak, the wine shows sweet ripe fruit, with more plms than pepper. The wine will age well for many years.

2005 Pinot Noir $30 per bottle, $324 per case
